Refunds and Exchanges

Bling2o Australia would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, the wrong colour, doesn’t fit, or maybe you've changed your mind it can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:

  1. The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
  2. A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
  3. The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.

All conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to refunds and exchanges and that no refunds or exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.

How to make a return for exchange or refund

  1. Check that you meet all the conditions above.
  2. Contact Bling2o Australia at info@salandbe.com.au
  3. Choose the new item/s which you would like to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your returns.
  4. Return the item/s to be exchanged, include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.

We do not accept exchanges or refunds on orders shipped outside of Australia or clearance stock. All orders shipped outside of Australia are final. If your order arrives and you are not satisfied, please contact within 5 days from delivery so that we may resolve any issues.

Strictly no returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.

Faulty Items and Damages

All items are thoroughly checked before being packaged and sent to you. However if you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of purchase to arrange a full replacement or refund.
